Local half-day and full-day retreats this summer…

I just found this website for a meditation center in West Newburyport.

They have  a summer schedule of half and full day retreats if you feel like a quick meditation (and yoga!) break (most Tuesdays!).   I think I’d like to go to the one on July 1 (and maybe others).  Any other takers?…
